I’m a primary school teacher turned recipe developer and content creator. In 2024, I had the incredible honour of winning The Great Kiwi Bake Off, and since then I’ve been sharing my love of baking with as many people as possible.

I believe you don’t need fancy equipment, years of experience, or professional training to create amazing bakes. My goal is to help you build confidence in the kitchen, learn a few new skills along the way, and discover just how capable you really are.
